Selection of Winner
The Winner will be determined by a random drawing from the eligible entries. All decisions are final and binding. The Winner will be notified by fax, e-mail, telephone, or regular mail. The raffle drawing will be held at the Charity Dinner and Silent Auction of The Scotty Foundation on Saturday, October 27th, 2007 at 8:00 PM EST. The Scotty Foundation will pick one prize winner and one alternate ticket which will be held and used only if the prize winner does not claim the prize at the offices of The Scotty Foundation within 10 days of the drawing. Winner need not be present at the drawing to win. If not present, The Scotty Foundation will make all reasonable attempts to notify the winner within 72 hours of the drawing. If the winner either cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by The Scotty Foundation or fails to claim the prize, the prize will revert back to The Scotty Foundation and the alternate ticket will be used as a winner.
Winner
By accepting and/or using prize, winner agrees to the use of his or her name, voice, or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim a prize, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, and any other fees. This offer is void where prohibited by law. The Scotty Foundation reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time, with refund to ticket holders.
